Marketing Requests 

CREATIVE REQUESTS

Submit creative requests using the Creative Request Form at ace.edu/creativerequest

The form is the first step in the process for requesting creative services from the Marketing department. There are three sections you will need to complete before submitting the form: detailed description of your request, audience and due date.

From there, a member of the Marketing Team will review the request and reach out with any questions. Depending on the complexity and estimated time to complete your request, Marketing will provide updates as needed before sharing the deliverable for your review and approval. We are counting on you to do a thorough review, share the deliverable with the appropriate people on your team, and consolidate any feedback/suggested edits before sharing it back with Marketing. Once the deliverable is in a final state, it goes to Compliance. Following Compliance approval, Marketing will then submit the final files back to you.

What Qualifies as a Creative Request?

  • Content (external email, newsletter, article, press release, annual report, etc.)

  • Graphics, logos, images, photo assets, marketing video

  • Event/conference materials

WEBSITE EDITS

If you ONLY need edits made to an existing web page on ace.edu, please submit a Web Edit User Story here.

BRAND APPROVALS

All public facing materials that use any component of the ACE brand need to be approved by Marketing. Please send brand approvals to marketing@ace.edu.
